The horns section for the latest release from Caleborate is how compelling love could be described: soulful and warm, transforming then into a glitched rollercoaster where control has been lost. 

‘Untitled (Hit Record)’ is Caleborate’s first release since the Colors Show ‘Clicquot Shower’ exclusive, and the energy of the track is in the opposite. Over the guitar-driven beat, the Bay Area-based rapper gives a new twist to his repertoire by creating a mellow singing hook, infused with emotive vocals and raps in a confessional tone, whilst the sampled backyard chat gives it lightness. 

There’s a sense of pureness coming out. A bearable honesty that has been the young artist’s trademark and will probably be for a long time.
