Exclusive Premiere: Bonasforsa ft Kdotmelody - The Wave

Plucked from their forthcoming album Villa Monderna, progressive Italo-Polish production duo Bonasforsa borrow the silky gusto of KdotMelody for teaser track The Wave.

As solo producers, Rico Casazza and Krzysztof Kozber originally grew their respective followings through house and tehcno nuances, but as a combined creative force the pair hit sweeter and more sombre sonics, delving through experimental tendencies and combining styles to forge a unique hybrid sound. The upcoming album is the beginning of a new musical chapter for them, individually and collectively, and looks set to ruffle the feathers of old school and new age hip hop fans alike. 

The Wave is a curious concoction of glitchy drums, trance-laden bass and tranquil keys that envelop their listener, only kept conscious by North London rapper KdotMelody’s laidback but sharpened flow. It’s a dream-like effort, consuming and charismatic, leaving us eager to hear more on the album, which is set to drop on October 7th.
