Feel Something

Emerging R&B singer/songwriter Kwaku Asante releases new single ‘Feel Something’ ahead of his forthcoming project. Produced by 22 year old multi instrumentalist Conor Albert, ‘Feel Something' fuses elements of old-school with a present-day twist, pioneering his own genre as he blends R&B with elements of Neo-Soul and Funk. The track poetically tells the story of when you’re falling for someone but hesitant to jump all the way in, keep your cards close to your chest.

Kwaku is switching things up and changing the old, outdated narrative that surrounds men, especially black men, when it comes to expression and vulnerability. In a time when toxic masculinity is still so rife, Kwaku is moving things forward with his honest lyrics and creating space through his authenticity.
