No Me Hizo Falta Verte
Precious Pérez, the blind Puerto Rican singer-songwriter also known as la reggaetonera ciega, is back with No Me Hizo Falta Verte, a heartfelt single and music video that fuses Latin Pop, R&B, merengue, and reggaetón. Fresh from mentorship with the iconic Ivy Queen through the Latin GRAMMY Cultural Foundation’s Leading Ladies of Entertainment program, and already a Berklee graduate, published author, and President of RAMPD, Precious is entering a bold new creative era.
The title track, written in Colombia alongside women songwriters from Warner Chappell Latin, is a tender ode to love felt rather than seen, dedicated to her husband. The cinematic video, filmed in Costa Rica, captures the energy and flavor of Latin neighborhoods, from spontaneous dancing in the streets to the warmth of the community.
This single is the first glimpse of her six-track bilingual EP, a celebration of heritage, resilience, and connection. With her artistry, advocacy, and vision, Precious Pérez is redefining Latin music and showing that the deepest love transcends sight.
