When discussing UK underground rap, Finn Foxell simply can’t be very far from the conversation. The Elevation Mediation member continues to illustrate why he is so highly thought of on the groove-laden, vivacious new cut ‘The Night’, which is plucked from his upcoming EP ‘Alright Sunshine’. 

Alongside fellow Elevation Mediation members like Lord Apex and Louis Culture, Finn has been accumulating hype through an increasing impressive discography. The West Londoner has been around the block a few times now, with two excellent tapes to his name, as well as his recent effortless COLORS performance - a savvy standout moment in the young rappers budding career. Finn’s snappy, and technically immaculate, flows flawlessly fuse with his trademark laidback, instinctive delivery to furnish a unique and constantly engaging strand of alternative rap.

Consistently experimental with sounds and styles, ‘The Night’ offers a refreshing change of direction from Finn, with the buoyant, sunny soundscape ideal for those early evening beers. The new single is produced by the highly touted Jacob Manson, who has created a seamless, jazz and salsa infused beat that is the perfect accompaniment for Finn’s lively, perusing performance. We are also blessed with a cinematic, trip-worthy visual that features cameos from the other EM boys.
