Who Hurt You?

Canadian crooner Daniel Caesar returns with his first new material since 2017’s Grammy Nominated debut LP Freudian, a defining record that’s fast approaching 1 billion+ streams and accompanied sold out shows across the globe.

‘Who Hurt You?’ was teased on Monday, when Daniel put out an advert on Craigslist, and features additional vocals from R&B Legend T-Pain. Caesar penned the song for a “voluptuous beauty at Follies,” of which he described in a missed connection advertisement on Craigslist

“You danced on me all night. You said you liked my gap. You gave me your number but I lost my phone. I hope I find you, please email me. Btw, I wrote a song about you, it’s called ‘Who Hurt You?’”

Daniel Caesar has co-signs from everyone from Chance The Rapper to Rex Orange County to Barak Obama! Daniel will be returning to the UK next year for huge shows, announcements imminent.
