Nigerian rapper and Olamide Abedeji known to most as Olamide releases his new single, Hate Me featuring fellow Nigerian pioneer, Wande Coal. On production duties, Olamide has enlisted long-term collaborator, 19-year-old P Priime (Zlatan and Fireboy DML) who previously produced 7 out of the 12 tracks on Olamide’s award-winning album Carpe Diem. Directed by TG Omori (Wizkid, Fireboy DML, and Burna Boy) and set in space, the intergalactic video sees Olamide and Wande on a futuristic spaceship surrounded by astronauts and dancers bursting with energy and style. 

Hate Me is a feel-good anthem, with the uptempo production providing the perfect foundation for both artists to showcase their infectious swagger. His 6th album The Glory was No.1 in Billboard’s World Album Chart and he has won numerous accolades over the years including; Best Rap Album and Album of the year at the AFRIMA awards. Following the success of his 12th studio album, UY Scuti which dropped last year, Olamide continues to receive international acclaim and consistently remains relevant within the burgeoning Nigerian industry and beyond. 12 studio albums and counting is no small feat and he continues to deliver time and time again.
