The Game

Shitiago is turning the music industry into his own playable universe with “The Game”, the second of three singles leading into his forthcoming EP. The Brazilian artist dives into drill, producing the beat, melodies and around 90% of the instrumental himself, with longtime collaborator Cofwed adding the 808s, further production, mixing and mastering.

Built around ambition, strategy, sacrifice and self belief, “The Game” sees Shitiago tackling the realities of building an independent career in Brazil. His message is clear: keep playing until you change the score.

The concept gets even more fun through a music video directed, filmed and edited by Cria da Rua, aka Igor, across Londrina, Paraná. Shitiago cruises through the city in a black vintage car, driven by Júnior Carvalho, owner of Barbearia and Mi Casa Barbearia e Bar.

And yes, you can actually play “The Game”. Created through Beats Lab 001, the interactive experience unlocks the music, artwork and video. Press start.
